Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Village Shoe Inn!

Our policy lasts 10 days. Merchandise must be mailed back to us within 10 days from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for any type of clothing or accessories (handbags, jewelry, hats, etc.). Only regular priced items may be returned, not sale items.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To receive your refund:
Please email us at shopvillageshoeinn@gmail.com to inform us of your return and include your full name, order number, and tracking number you received when you shipped out your return package. We will use the delivery date from the tracking link provided to ensure you are in compliance with our 10 day return policy. If over 10 days had passed before the shipment was sent back, you will not receive a refund and we can not ship the item back to you unless you pay for shipping again.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In addition, once UPS has marked your packaged delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or damaged. We are also not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
